Terms of Service
Using AI Zombie, purchasing video credits, and managing your content
The service
AI Zombie creates fictional, AI-generated reunion videos from two photos using SeeAPI Seedance 2. Requests use 15 seconds, 720p, audio, and either 9:16 or 16:9. AI output can vary in appearance, motion, audio, and storytelling; exact likeness or a particular creative result is not guaranteed.
This preview requires operator identity, a support contact, and a review of applicable consumer and privacy obligations before public paid launch. Current support availability is shown on the help page.
Account and permitted use
Sign in with Google. A first successful Google sign-in creates an account. Protect your Google account and use the same account to access purchases and videos.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload each photo, including consent from identifiable people where required. Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, fraudulent impersonation, malware, or unauthorized access. Do not misrepresent fictional videos as evidence of real events. Access may be restricted to investigate abuse or protect the service.
Content permission
You retain the rights you hold in your uploads. You grant the service and its generation and hosting providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, transmit, and process your content only as needed to deliver the requested service and handle related support or security issues. This is not permission to publicly advertise using your private uploads. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, or freedom from third-party claims for AI output.
Video credits and payments
The initial one-time packages are 1 video credit for $12.99, 3 for $34.99, or 10 for $99.99, in US dollars. Checkout shows the applicable total before payment. There is no subscription or free generation allowance. Each accepted video request uses 1 credit; purchased credits have no scheduled expiry and are tied to the purchasing account.
A confirmed failed generation restores the credit used for that request once. Delayed status checks and network timeouts do not automatically restore credits or create another video. A successfully generated video that does not meet your preferences does not automatically include a refund or free remake. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
A Stripe refund or payment dispute temporarily freezes generation on the related account while the payment and credit history are reviewed. Restoration of access requires manual review; a freeze does not itself settle a refund request.
Storage and downloads
Input photos expire from our storage after 7 days. Finished videos expire 30 days after saving. Download copies before expiry. Scheduled cleanup may take additional time to physically remove expired objects, and third-party providers have their own retention policies. You can delete completed videos from your history. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and changes
We cannot promise uninterrupted service or a specific completion time. Do not use this creative tool where inaccurate output could cause harm. Material service or pricing changes will be reflected on the relevant pages before new purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions about the service or these terms belong through the contact method, when available, on our help page.
