How AI Zombie handles your account, photos, videos, and payments

About this service

AI Zombie creates fictional videos from two uploaded photos. This preview is not ready for public paid launch until its operator identity, privacy contact, and applicable legal disclosures have been configured. Contact availability is shown on our help page.

Information used to provide the service

  • Google sign-in supplies account information such as your name, email, and profile image. We store an account and session so you can access your own videos and purchases. We do not offer a site password.
  • We process your two photos, selected story options, generated story prompt, provider task identifiers, and finished video to fulfil a generation request.
  • We keep payment references, credit balances and transactions, and task status records to reconcile purchases, restore credits for failed jobs, and investigate refunds or disputes. Stripe processes payment details; we do not collect card numbers in our application.
  • Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request metadata, and operational logs to run the service and diagnose failures. Do not put secrets or sensitive personal information in support requests.

Service providers

Google provides sign-in. Stripe processes checkout and payment events. SeeAPI receives the reference photos through time-limited links and the generation request to run Seedance 2. Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and private object storage. These providers may process data under their own terms and retention policies. Our storage deadlines below do not promise deletion from SeeAPI or any other provider's systems.

We use uploaded content to deliver and maintain your requested generation. These terms do not grant us permission to publish your private photos or videos as marketing material.

Access and retention

Photos in our private storage expire 7 days after upload. Finished videos expire 30 days after they are saved. Access is denied after expiry; scheduled cleanup removes expired objects. Cleanup outages can delay physical deletion. Download videos you want to keep before they expire.

Signed photo links allow the generation provider to read the inputs until the links expire. Anyone holding such a link can access that photo during its validity, so do not share it. Video playback, download, and deletion require the owning account. You can delete completed videos from history before their retention period ends.

Account deletion removes associated application records. Stored objects that remain are cleaned up under their expiry schedule. Deleting an account does not by itself delete a provider's records. Payment processors may retain transaction information under their own requirements. Account and transaction metadata are separate from the 7-day and 30-day media retention periods.

Your choices

Upload only images you have permission to use, with the consent of identifiable people where required. Avoid sensitive images. You may manage your account and delete completed videos in the application. Requests about access, correction, or deletion beyond those controls require an available support contact; the preview's current contact status is on the help page.

Browser storage and changes

See our Cookie Policy for session and preference storage. We will update this page when our processing changes. Review the date above for the current version.
