- My video is still processing.
- You can close this page and return to history. A delayed status check does not mean generation failed. Do not submit another request unless you want to spend another credit.
- What happens when generation fails?
- A confirmed failed generation restores the credit used for that video. A successful video that differs from your expectations does not automatically qualify for a free remake.
- Where are my credits and downloads?
- Sign in with the same Google account used for purchase. Credits appear after payment is confirmed. Finished videos are available in history for 30 days; download a copy before they expire.
- Why is generation unavailable?
- This can happen while the service is being configured, when your balance is empty, or while a refund or payment dispute is being reviewed. A frozen account requires manual review.
